Milk Stork is the first-ever breast milk shipping company, dedicated to supporting working parents. They are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to engage with enterprise clients, manage the full sales cycle, and drive revenue growth while fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Independently source and develop new sales opportunities, aligning with Milk Stork's ideal customer profile
- Manage and close the full sales cycle for mid-market/enterprise clients, showcasing strong negotiation and closing skills, and a consultative sales process
- Seamlessly transition new clients to the Client Success team, ensuring a positive initial experience and laying the groundwork for long-term engagement
- Drive product utilization and revenue growth through strategic client engagements and personalized follow-ups
- Identify upsell opportunities that drive long-term revenue growth
- Act as a bridge between clients and the product/marketing teams, providing feedback for continuous product and service improvement
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven BDR/Account Executive experience in the HR benefits and/or B2B/SaaS sector, ideally with exposure to mid-market and Enterprise clients
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, developing, and closing sales opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong capability in conducting full sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale client handoff
- Proven ability to ramp quickly and efficiently in a new role, demonstrating early productivity and impact with minimal onboarding time
- Experience managing or navigating mid-cycle handoffs, whether inheriting deals in progress or transitioning opportunities to colleagues without disrupting momentum
- High degree of comfort in understanding and managing contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in driving product utilization and facilitating successful upsells within existing accounts
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment, showing a proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement
