HealthKey is a company that helps doctors' offices find patients for clinical trials using AI. They are seeking an Account Executive to own the founding go-to-market motion, focusing on full-cycle outbound sales from sourcing to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Run full-cycle outbound sales: Source, qualify, demo, and close $50K - $250K deals on a ~6-week cycle
- Make 50+ dials per day: This is an input-heavy founding seat. Phone-led outbound is the primary channel
- Manage pilot conversions: Convert 1-2 month pilots into annual contracts
- Travel to conferences: Attend ~10 US conferences per year to source and convert customers
- Build the playbook: Help create the operating rhythm, talk tracks, and processes that the next AEs and SDRs will inherit
- Be the voice of the market: Capture customer insights, competitive intel, and objection patterns to sharpen our positioning
