About this role
Role Overview
- Advise clients on engagements assigned by YCAP-GROUP.
- Lead and support consultants reporting to you with a supportive approach.
- Participate in and occasionally deliver training sessions conducted by YCAP-GROUP.
- Contribute to business development activities (preparing proposals or tenders, client meetings, attending trade shows, webinars, etc.).
- Train in methods and techniques for managing transformation capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the consulting profession with at least 5 years experience in management and/or organization consulting.
- Ability to manage an engagement with a small team of consultants.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Higher education from an engineering school, business school, or a strong technical university program.
