As a Software Consultant, you are the central interface between our clients and our software.
You guide projects from kick-off to successful go-live and ensure that our solutions genuinely help in daily operations.
You support our clients in getting the most out of their ERP (enterprise resource planning) software.
You install and configure our software – on-site, remotely, or in the cloud.
You analyze business processes and translate them into tailored software solutions.
You conduct online and in-person training to enable clients to use the program optimally.
You coordinate the necessary steps with all involved partners.
You provide valuable customer feedback to development and support and actively help shape our software.

Vocational training or a degree in IT – or comparable practical experience (career changers with professional experience are expressly welcome!)
Enjoy working with people and a confident manner with clients
Structured, independent way of working and organizational talent
Ideally, knowledge of retail or hospitality workflows and initial experience with ERP and POS systems
Good knowledge of Windows systems and networks
Experience with relational databases; SQL skills are a plus
Very good German language skills; English skills are welcome
