Role Overview

Advise clients on engagements assigned by YCAP-GROUP.
Lead and support consultants reporting to you with a supportive approach.
Participate in and occasionally deliver training sessions conducted by YCAP-GROUP.
Contribute to business development activities (preparing proposals or tenders, client meetings, attending trade shows, webinars, etc.).
Train in methods and techniques for managing transformation capabilities.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of the consulting profession with at least 5 years experience in management and/or organization consulting.
Ability to manage an engagement with a small team of consultants.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Higher education from an engineering school, business school, or a strong technical university program.
