The Human Resources Business Partner provides broad based professional human resources generalist support and other duties as assigned.
Partner with all HR functions to implement practices, policies and procedures that respond to the Hospital's goals, culture and competitive practices.
Serve as an advisor and trusted partner to nursing leadership, helping drive workforce excellence, employee engagement, and a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Partner closely with Nursing leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver comprehensive HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Support initiatives that enhance workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Play a key role in advancing a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with labor practices, and enabling leaders to manage and develop their teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum one year of Human Resources Generalists/Junior Business Partner experience.
Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to relate well with and influence, strong, independent thinkers
