Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end talent attraction and selection processes, and oversee hiring and onboarding activities.
- Design, structure, and implement the Career Plan (job levels and compensation) and growth paths for current and future employees.
- Map and create core HR processes, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and leadership.
- Support the maintenance of a healthy, engaging work environment aligned with the company's values.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Analyst (generalist profile).
- Strong skills in recruitment and selection across multiple levels and functions.
- Autonomous, resilient, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
- Must reside in Belo Horizonte, MG (mandatory).
