Support our HR team in operational day-to-day tasks with a focus on our HR IT systems: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and Aconso
Actively contribute to process optimization and the maintenance of our HR data
Support ongoing projects, e.g. international roll-outs, with exposure to the full project lifecycle
Independently take on subprojects and actively shape your own area of responsibility

Enrolled in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable degree program
Interest in digital HR trends and enjoyment of working with personnel processes and IT systems
Initial practical experience in the HR field is an advantage but not required
Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Hands-on mentality, strong service orientation and openness to new topics and challenges
