Monthly billing of our services as well as reviewing and processing incoming invoices
Scheduling and organizing appointments
Responsibility for document management and data maintenance, as well as preparation of proposals and presentations
Contributing to daily administrative processes (e.g., managing the shared mailbox, various orders, answering and forwarding phone calls, staffing the reception)
Preparing and running events and client functions; flexibility in working hours required (Mon–Fri)
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a business-related or similar degree program
Good IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Reliable and independent working style with strong self
and time-management skills
Strong service orientation combined with excellent organizational ability
Proactive attitude, friendly manner and a strong team spirit
Very good German and English skills (minimum C1 level) both written and spoken
