You are responsible for the commercial success of Heartbeat AI in all markets where we operate — from the value proposition and pricing to the execution and scaling of successful initiatives.
You lead and develop a team in Germany and orchestrate implementation across product, marketing, sales, operations and our partner ecosystem.
You define the value proposition, bundling logic and pricing across our portfolio of hardware, software, energy and services.
You refine what we sell, how it is packaged and how it is monetized — and define the next major product we will bring to market.
You sharpen Heartbeat AI’s competitive positioning in each market by understanding local competitors and how our value proposition needs to be adapted.
You connect product, marketing and sales — defining sales enablement, training and the product-requirements that come back from the field.
You are responsible for go-to-market launches and post-launch performance.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in commercial, go-to-market or growth leadership roles with clear ownership of business cases, pricing and commercial outcomes, ideally in a scale-up environment.
Experience scaling offerings across multiple markets and knowledge of how to balance centralized commercial logic with local market conditions.
Experience designing value propositions and commercial models end-to-end: pricing architecture, bundle and packaging logic, monetization design and the unit economics that make them work.
Knowledge of competitive dynamics and how market and competitor intelligence can be translated into sharper offerings.
Experience leading go-to-market launches from end to end and managing post-launch performance — from sales enablement and conversion to scaling commercially successful projects.
Close collaboration with marketing and sales functions, shaping training and the product-requirements feedback loop from the field.
Experience conducting commercial negotiations with third-party vendors or partners and the ability to own the outcome end-to-end.
Team leadership and development of go-to-market, commercial or project management professionals and the ability to set high standards for execution.
Strong stakeholder-management and execution skills — the ability to bring cross-functional teams together and make decisions without losing momentum.
Experience with complex B2C or B2B2C offerings in energy technology, hardware-plus-software or comparable categories is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2). German is a plus but not required.
