Project Manager (58246)

U.S. Forensic, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee forensic investigations from initiation through final report delivery. The role coordinates clients and expert investigators, manages project timelines, budgets, records, and deliverables, and supports the delivery of clear, defensible expert reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from assignment through final report delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including insurance carriers, attorneys, and property owners
• Coordinate with expert investigators to ensure timely site inspections, analysis, and report completion
• Develop budget based on scope, expert needed, and geographic location of the inspection
• Provide proactive, timely status updates to all parties involved in the claim process
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget performance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in the job management system
• Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client expectations
• Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution
• Support the delivery of professional, defensible expert reports that address technical questions clearly and effectively
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven project management experience, preferably in engineering, construction, insurance, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with insurance claims, litigation support, or forensic investigations
