Field Based Client HR Business Partner/Relationship Manager

ADP is a provider of human resources and business solutions. The Field Based Client HR Business Partner/Relationship Manager serves as a trusted advisor to small business clients, providing HR consulting, product guidance, and strategic support. The role focuses on resolving client challenges, managing executive-level relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and improving satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• HR & business consultative support to client executive leaders and decision makers
• The development/ongoing management of strong, productive relationships with executive level client contacts (for example: Business Owner, CEO, CFO, CHRO), and collaborative efforts with ADP Sales, Service, Implementation teams and any other functional team as required in order solve client problems, retain business, and receive high customer satisfaction ratings
• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve. You will serve as an HR expert to ADP's clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies. Clients will bring you their HR challenges and you will make recommendations to solve for those challenges. You will solve client problems -- taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. You will work independently to resolve issues. You will also work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and guidance on ADP solutions. You'll help our clients strategically plan how they will leverage their ADP Solution to achieve business goals
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. You will use your strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. You will set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. You will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. • Provide Recommendations and Educate. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients. You will share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP

Requirements:

• you must be comfortable building relationships with external clients and internal partners
• your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand
• The position demands a strong combination of account management/relationship building skills and business/financial acumen
• Ability to travel to see clients
• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service/account relationship management or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results
• Experience noted above, OR

• Military Experience

• HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM) or willing to pursue in the first year
