Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Strategy

Coinbase is a remote-first company focused on increasing economic freedom and building the future of finance. The Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Strategy will connect brand and product strategy, shape go-to-market initiatives, and ensure the Coinbase brand is consistently delivered across marketing, products, partnerships, and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• You'll close the gap between what Coinbase promises and what customers experience by helping the brand shape and impact every surface, from GTM to product to CX. This role sits at the center of Integrated Marketing and owns how the brand travels beyond campaigns into the way we build, launch, and show up across the company
• Author creative GTM strategies for product and partner initiatives, working closely with our Product Marketing and Partnership teams, and help shape the output from these briefs
• Work with product marketers and partnership marketers to drive strategy upstream into the products we deliver and the partnerships we build and our role within them

Requirements:

• Experience setting brand and product strategy either internally at companies or at agencies
• Experience in shaping go to market strategy
• Experience in delivering a brand across an organization, not just inside the marketing org
• Strong persuasive writing skills, comfortable in partnering with Insights to shape and design research and apply it to the problems you're solving
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‑in‑the‑loop practices to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality
