Product Marketing Manager

Quantum Health is a healthcare navigation organization that helps members manage the cost and complexity of healthcare. The Product Marketing Manager will shape and execute go-to-market strategies by developing product positioning, messaging, marketing assets, launch plans, and sales enablement resources for healthcare and employee benefits solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare and employee benefits landscape, including market dynamics and competitive trends
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Client teams to create differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with employers, consultants, and other key buyers
• Provide market and competitive insights that inform product strategy, enhancements, and innovation initiatives
• Lead marketing plans for assigned products and solutions, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and broader business goals
• Develop and maintain compelling sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and other product-focused materials
• Support product launches through coordinated messaging, training, and multi-channel campaigns
• Translate complex product features and capabilities into clear, client- and member-centric benefits
• Partner with Sales and Client-facing teams to develop training, tools, and resources that help articulate product value and drive adoption
• Collaborate closely with Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Client Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure messaging is consistent and integrated across all channels
• Gather and analyze feedback from clients, prospects, and consultants to identify insights that inform future marketing strategies and product decisions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and business results
• Support thought leadership efforts by identifying opportunities to showcase Quantum Health's value, innovation, and differentiation in the marketplace

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Health, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• • 5-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or a related industry
• • Strong understanding of strategic marketing planning and tactical execution
• • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation development skills
• • Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging
• • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results
• • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• • Strategic mindset coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach to execution
• • Ability to travel occasionally for conferences, industry events, and client meetings
