newcleo is focused on delivering scalable, low-carbon energy solutions and is seeking a PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office for a large-scale nuclear fuel fabrication project. The role involves governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and performance control across various activities, ensuring coordination between U.S.-based teams and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement PMO processes, governance, reporting standards, and project controls
• Develop integrated schedules, cost tracking, progress reporting, and milestone control
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control actions
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, status reports, and decision-support materials
• Coordinate interfaces between design, manufacturing, construction, procurement, QA/QC, licensing, and commissioning
• Support stakeholder management across internal teams, contractors, regulators, and international partners
• Promote a strong nuclear safety, quality, and compliance culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or related field
• 10+ years of project management or project controls experience on major nuclear, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience on large-capital projects in the nuclear industry; fuel-cycle experience strongly preferred
• Strong command of schedule, cost, risk, and performance management tools
• Proven ability to work in multicultural and international project environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and governance skills
• Experience with nuclear fuel fabrication, MOX, enrichment, reprocessing, or regulated fuel-cycle facilities
• Experience with DOE, NRC, or other nuclear regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project delivery models
