Senior Growth Marketing Manager

KonstructIQ is a fast-growing startup on a mission to modernize residential construction by putting AI at its core. They are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the customer acquisition efforts, focusing on optimizing paid channels and running growth experiments to enhance performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels, primarily paid social, but later expanding into other channels
• Own Meta ads end-to-end: campaign structure, creative testing, budget scaling and performance optimization
• Design and run structured growth experiments across audiences, messaging, creative, offers, and landing pages
• Build and maintain a consistent creative testing cadence, launching new ad concepts and iterating on top-performing creatives
• Develop and run landing page and funnel experiments to improve conversion rates and lead quality
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and performance risks
• Translate performance insights into new experiments and recommendations for what to scale, test, or stop
• Collaborate closely with leadership to turn new ideas into testable growth initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar roles in SaaS or startup environments
• Deep, hands-on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads experience is required, you will directly own and optimize this channel
• Experience managing six-figure monthly marketing budgets or $1M+ annual ad spend
• Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns yourself (not just managing agencies)
• Experience designing and running structured experimentation programs
• Ability to work across the full acquisition funnel (ads → landing pages → conversion)
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to translate data into experiments
• Proven experience building structured testing and scaling systems (eg, creative iteration frameworks, budget scaling strategies, experimentation pipelines)
• Builder mindset — comfortable moving quickly and shipping tests
• B2B SaaS growth experience
• Background in construction or related field
• Experience scaling paid acquisition programs
• Creative production or editing experience
• Experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
