Product Marketing Manager - AI

AlphaSense is a company that provides AI-driven market intelligence solutions. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for AI features, drive customer adoption, and collaborate with various teams to enhance product messaging and market positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Own the launch of select AI features from positioning through execution, developing messaging, GTM strategy, and market narrative for smaller launches, with increasing ownership of bigger launches over time
• Collaborate with revenue, enablement, and marketing teams to drive the success of adoption and education programs that build awareness and adoption of new AI features via a connected narrative
• Partner closely with product managers to stay informed on roadmap developments and support strategic initiatives within assigned product areas
• Monitor campaign, revenue, or product performance and analyze customer feedback, bringing insights to influence product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Build and maintain a repeatable process for synthesizing market signals, competitive developments, and customer feedback into clear summaries that inform product and executive stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a product marketing role or adjacent (product management, solutions engineering, customer success) -- ideally at a B2B SaaS company where AI for knowledge work was central to the product, not peripheral
• Strong track record of leveraging customer insights to inform messaging, product development, and campaign strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for translating complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging
• Ability to synthesize product usage data and customer feedback into actionable insights and recommendations. Comfortable working with tools like Tableau, Gong, or similar
• Strong ability to articulate product/market value propositions and contribute to product strategy
• You take ownership, flag blockers early, and find a way forward
