Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will partner with internal teams and stakeholders to improve Jobrion’s services and operational processes, focusing on gathering and analyzing business requirements and enhancing workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Mapping and reviewing business processes
• Translating findings into clear documentation and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams
• Support data-driven decision making
• Enhance workflows
• Contribute to the design and improvement of tools and services for job seekers
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Facilitate meetings
• Ensure that proposed changes align with organizational goals and user needs

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions
• Hands-on experience in business analysis and defining business requirements for products, services, or internal systems
• Knowledge of business process modeling, documentation, and improvement methodologies
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, BI platforms, or data visualization software is beneficial
• Experience in HR tech, recruitment, or career services is a plus
