Business Analyst Intern

Presto is hiring a Business Analyst Intern to evaluate how its AI performs in real-world restaurant environments. The intern will analyze customer interactions and operational data, identify trends and opportunities, and share insights with product and operations teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Listen to and review drive-thru orders handled by our AI system
• Analyze interactions between customers, staff, and the AI
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in ordering behavior
• Surface moments of friction, confusion, and success
• Evaluate upsell performance and customer response
• Document structured insights for product and operations teams
• Flag urgent issues in real time when needed
• Conduct in-store observations at restaurant locations depending on business needs and location
