About this role
Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions (VETS) is a Veteran Owned - Service Disabled IT Implementation company dedicated to transforming the technology industry and supporting Veterans' transition into IT careers. The Junior Business Analyst will serve as a technical advisor, ensuring high standards of service delivery and supporting project management efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in internal projects as required
- Ensure service delivery maintains the highest standards of excellence
- Serve as the technical advisor for assigned technology solution area(s) maintaining the utmost integrity and professionalism
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Support production and delivery of SOW’s and timelines
- Deliver exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and customer service throughout discovery and implementation
- Maintain current solution practice knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
- Assist Project Manager and Solution Architect with requirements gathering and management of development stories
- Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired:
- ONE (1) CSA or CAD
- FIVE (5) Micro Certifications
- ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications
