Software Engineer

Cair Health is developing a platform to make medical insurance claims seamless and predictive. The Software Engineer will work closely with the founders to develop the product, improve machine learning predictive capabilities, and create generative AI features. This early engineering hire will also help shape the product roadmap and lead future engineering hires.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the founders to shape the product vision and roadmap
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our platform
• Integrate machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive analytics on claims outcomes
• Take charge and lead future engineering hires, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and data-driven insights

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software development, preferably deploying solutions at scale
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with healthcare data
