Software Engineer II (.NET, SSIS)

CTG is seeking a Software Engineer II for a client engagement. The role focuses on developing, enhancing, testing, debugging, and supporting .NET/C# applications and SQL Server solutions, including SSIS packages, SQL Jobs, and database processes. The engineer will also troubleshoot production issues, create technical documentation and test plans, and collaborate with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, test, debug, and support applications
• Perform systems analysis and application development
• Build and maintain .NET/C# applications and SQL Server solutions
• Develop SSIS packages, SQL Jobs , and database processes
• Create technical documentation and test plans
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
• Collaborate with development, technology, and business teams

Requirements:

• • Associate's degree + 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• • 5+ years application development/systems analysis
• • C#, .NET, SQL Server, SSIS, SQL Jobs
• • GitLab and CI/CD
• • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required
• This is a contract W2 role, cannot do C2C or 1099
