Manager, PACE Marketing

AnewHealth is one of the nation’s leading pharmacy care management companies that specializes in caring for people with the most complex, chronic needs. The Manager of PACE Marketing is responsible for driving growth and brand activation for AnewHealth, ensuring consistent market presence and coordinating demand generation efforts across PACE audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary marketing lead supporting PACE growth initiatives and ensure consistent market presence
• Translate enterprise marketing strategy into PACE-specific campaigns and activation plans
• Identify and close execution gaps to ensure initiatives move from idea to activation
• Maintain alignment across Growth, Account Management, and Clinical teams
• Develop and manage a PACE-specific content roadmap aligned to growth priorities
• Lead creation of high-impact content such as case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement materials
• Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all PACE-facing materials
• Partner with internal SMEs to translate clinical and operational expertise into market-facing content
• Set and monitor social media KPIs, including engagement quality, follower growth among target personas, click-through rates, amplification, and contribution to inbound traffic and pipeline
• Partner with Account Management to support client engagement and retention initiatives
• Provide tailored communications, presentations, and campaign support for accounts
• Deliver rapid-turn marketing support for field-driven needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing automation, or CRM-driven campaign management
• Strong proficiency with marketing automation systems, CRM workflows, digital analytics, and lifecycle marketing models
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO, GEO, SEM, paid search, and website optimization
• Proficiency with content management solution (CMS) platforms (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations
• Ability to manage team members, external vendors, or agency partners
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project-management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
• Innovative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Certifications in Salesforce, Pardot, ABM platforms, Google Ads, or analytics tools
• Marketing experience in healthcare or health-tech a plus
