Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, and they are seeking a B2B Sales & Account Manager to drive sales execution and account management. The role involves managing vendor relations, ensuring customer success, and building scalable sales processes to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end sales execution: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with vendors and B2B partners
- Account management: own relationships post-sale, ensuring adoption, expansion, and long-term success
- Vendor relations: manage heavy day-to-day communication with vendors, resolving issues, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth operations
- Growth partnerships: work with product and leadership to identify opportunities, design tailored solutions, and drive revenue impact
- Customer success: act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring feedback flows into product and engineering
- Processes at scale: build a repeatable playbook for B2B sales and account management as Higgsfield grows
Requirements:
- Revenue track record: demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets and scaling sales from early-stage to maturity
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or account management with measurable results
- Experience managing vendor-heavy relationships at scale
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Deep expertise in designing and optimizing B2B sales processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data and metrics for decision-making
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a high-growth startup environment
- Big3/Big4 consulting experience or equivalent top-tier professional background is a strong plus
- Experience selling AI, GenAI, or ML products
- Experience in early-stage, fast-scaling startups
- Existing network of enterprise clients or vendors in SaaS/AI ecosystems
- Exposure to upselling, cross-selling, and customer success strategies
