Role Overview

• Proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for waste services.
• Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business.
• Selling the full suite of products to existing customers.
• Utilizing Salesforce for daily activities and documentation.
• Regularly meeting with Sales Manager to review customer retention activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• 0
• 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
• Waste or transportation industry experience.
