Senior Agent Product Manager

Decagon is the leading conversational AI platform empowering every brand to deliver concierge customer experiences. The Senior Agent Product Manager will own each stage of the AI Agent building process, collaborating with engineering and customers to design and optimize AI agents that drive real business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with engineering to design a new product feature
• Writing and testing prompt logic for a specific customer use case
• Working with a customer’s executive team to define their AI roadmap
• Build, Design and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers — understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals
• Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand their business challenges and serve as a strategic advisor to their AI roadmap
• Run tight feedback loops into Engineering — influence feature development based on real customer needs
• Represent Decagon externally — working closely with customers and prospects, participating in key deployments
