Sales & Business Development Manager - Geared Motors

Innomotics is an industry-leading supplier of motors and large drive systems, bringing the #EnergyTransition to life with innovative products. They are seeking a Sales/Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand industrial markets for their Geared Motor business across the Northeast and select national accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market development and growth initiatives across all geared motor product lines
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs
• Develop strategies with portfolio and product teams to address emerging market trends
• Support new business deals, proposals, and contract integration with operations
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships
• Partner with sales teams and leadership to evaluate performance and refine strategy
• Deliver technical and sales training to internal teams, channel partners, and customers
• Enhance customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty
• Represent Innomotics at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 10+ years in business development or sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Highly organized, goal‑driven, and effective at managing multiple priorities
• Self‑directed with the ability to operate in dynamic environments
• Skilled in forecasting, planning, and presenting growth strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Ability to travel for customer visits, market development, and industry events
• geared motor experience preferred
