Business Development Analyst, Manager

TrueChoice Solutions is a SaaS company specializing in real-time preference analytics applications for marketing, sales, and HR. The Business Development Analyst, Manager supports executive management, business development, marketing, and communications by developing client relationships, researching application opportunities, supporting program delivery, and managing branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development Strong client management experience, being well organized, a good communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and can thrive under pressure
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key clients, customer stakeholders and strategic partners
• Prepare presentations, and pitch materials in connection with business development opportunities
• Writing proposals and liaising with other departments to align strategies
• Perform complex analysis to identify business requirements, priorities, and recommendations
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities
• Reporting findings and obtaining approval from senior management, when required
• Marketing Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communications
• Manage relationship with marketing communications consultant. Review and edit all marketing materials to ensure accurate branding and industry image
• Represent the TrueChoice in industry networking and professional associations. Participate in industry and trade show events to develop client relationships and industry presence

Requirements:

• Strong client management experience, being well organized, a good communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and can thrive under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Analytics, Finance or Marketing
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
• Interest or experience in strategy consulting
