ADLINK Technology is a company that designs and manufactures embedded computing hardware for critical industries. They are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to coordinate work among the Sales Operations team and support the company's growing business efforts and customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Manages Customer Account Management Specialist team and monitors, plans, and implements projects supporting order fulfillment activities
- Responsible for reviewing and updating sales processes, procedures & implementation of sales automation tools
- Ensures compliance with company revenue recognition policies for booking and shipment of orders
- Manages Customer & Sales escalations
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of Sales operations
- Creates and reviews Bill of Materials for item configurations
- Responsible for reviewing credit returns/cancellations/order pushes with the internal management team
- Acts as liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Reviews and suggests forecasting for customers
- Manages and reviews Sales Orders
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Review factory order revision requests
- Supervise employees within the Sales Operations department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
