Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain advanced forecasting models, pipeline tools, and performance dashboards. You will conduct detailed trend and variance analysis to identify root causes of performance gaps and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
Optimize Sales Systems & Processes: Oversee the integrity of our CRM and sales tools, driving automation to improve data hygiene and scalability. You will streamline the quote-to-cash workflow, ensuring our systems support rapid and accurate deal execution.
Foster Problem-Solving & Growth: Lead and support high-priority initiatives that optimize operational excellence and readiness, directly influencing business continuity and growth.
Requirements
Bachelors + 5 years or Masters + 3 years of experience working with multi-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment, preferably in Sales Operations
Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel, CRM and Sales tools.
