MyRemoteTeam Inc is hiring experienced Individual Contributors to support the Google Gemini AI Evaluation Program. The role involves evaluating enterprise sales conversations, reviewing AI-generated content, and leveraging enterprise sales expertise to improve AI models.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate enterprise sales conversations and deal strategies
- Review AI-generated sales content and workflows
- Validate CRM and pipeline management scenarios
- Create high-quality sales responses and customer communications
- Help improve AI models with your enterprise sales knowledge
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience
- Active or recently active quota-carrying Individual Contributor (IC)
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise CRM platforms
- To qualify for this project, candidates must have successfully achieved or exceeded their sales quota in at least 4 of the last 6 quarters
- Sales quota/target assigned
- Actual sales achieved
- Quota attainment (%)
- Supporting evidence (any one or more of the following): Sales performance dashboard, Quota attainment report, Performance scorecard, CRM reports (Salesforce/HubSpot, etc.), Commission or incentive statement, Performance review documents, Any other documentation demonstrating quota attainment
- SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise Software sales experience is highly preferred
