
Superlanet is growing and hiring an onsite Account Manager in San Diego. This role is ideal for someone with staffing agency experience and a strong technical or IT background who enjoys building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue. You'll work closely with our Director of Client Success to expand existing accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to healthcare clients.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new business initiatives.
Partner closely with recruiters to deliver highly qualified technical talent that meets client needs.
Conduct regular client meetings to review hiring priorities, workforce planning, and ongoing staffing initiatives.
Track account activity, sales opportunities, and client communications within the CRM.
Collaborate with the Director of Client Success to develop and execute account growth strategies that drive revenue and long-term client retention.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience in account management, client success, business development, sales, or technical recruiting within a n agency environment .
Experience supporting technical staffing or recruiting, including Healthcare IT, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines.
Proven ability to build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay $70,000-$90,000
Commission + performance bonuses.
