Requirements
Several years of demonstrable experience with Klaviyo in an e-commerce environment
Experience beyond standard welcome and abandoned flows — you’re also familiar with more complex cases
Deep understanding of how segmentation, timing, offers and design interact
Structured, independent working style without constant need for reassurance
Ability to justify decisions with solid reasoning and to stand behind them
