Manage the client portfolio, ensuring close, strategic relationships;
Lead onboarding, follow-up, and planning meetings;
Understand each client's objectives and align strategies with the internal team;
Monitor performance metrics and present results in a consultative manner;
Identify opportunities for client retention, contract expansion, and new solutions;
Act as the bridge between clients, the operations team, and company leadership;
Anticipate risks, align expectations, and ensure an excellent client experience;
Record action plans, track requests, and ensure continuous account development.

Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or strategic client services at an agency;
Knowledge of digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM systems;
Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion;
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel;
Strong analytical skills for interpreting metrics and developing action plans;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
