They are seeking a Business Development Manager to help real estate agents earn referral income on closed loans while maintaining their focus on selling real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Refer a client to your UMB Loan Officer partner
- We handle the mortgage process start to finish
- You earn up to 50 basis points (max $5,000) per closed loan
- You remain a 1099 agent with your brokerage and become a W-2 employee of Ultimate Mortgage Brokers in a Business Development role
- A compliant way to earn referral income

Requirements:
- Licensed real estate agent in good standing
- Minimum 12 closed transactions in the last 12 months
- Cannot hold a mortgage loan originator license
