You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new client accounts
This includes prospecting, networking, qualifying opportunities, running discovery conversations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals
You’ll work with business owners, senior leaders, and decision-makers to understand their resourcing challenges and position offshore staffing and talent solutions as practical, commercially valuable options
You’ll also collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure new clients are handed over smoothly
Requirements
3+ years of business development experience
A proven track record of generating leads and closing new business
Experience selling outsourcing, offshore staffing, BPO, recruitment, labour hire, RPO, IT services, or similar solutions
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Confidence managing the full sales cycle independently
Ability to understand client hiring, workforce, or resourcing needs and translate them into tailored commercial solutions
