Lead the design and evolution of backend solutions (Java, .NET) on cloud environments (Azure)
Define scalable architectures based on microservices and event-driven patterns
Integrate messaging systems (Kafka/Service Bus), robust APIs, and cloud services
Apply engineering best practices (SOLID, DDD, testing, CI/CD)
Ensure application quality and observability
Collaborate with teams in an agile environment
Bring technical vision, a hands-on approach, and mentorship to elevate the team’s capabilities

Strong experience in backend development and complex solution design
Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in cloud environments
Solid knowledge of distributed architectures (microservices, event-driven, Kafka/Service Bus)
Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE)
Experience designing and building REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger, API Management)
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB)
Familiarity with CI/CD (Azure Pipelines), observability (ELK), and code quality tools (SonarCloud)
Strong engineering practices (SOLID, DDD, TDD, automated testing)
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Azure DevOps)
Hands-on attitude with the ability to dive into technical details
Additionally, while not mandatory, we would also value:
Frontend experience (Angular or similar)
Experience with AWS or Google Cloud
Multi-language programming background
Experience in large, collaborative teams
Interest in innovation (AI, emerging technologies)
