Senior Business Analyst

Plan2Placement, Inc is partnering with a rapidly expanding software development company to identify a talented Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will bridge business objectives with technology solutions, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact results.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and operational performance
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
• Serve as a liaison between business units and software development teams
• Support project planning, implementation, testing, and deployment activities
• Analyze data and provide recommendations that drive strategic decision-making
• Ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Coordination, Product Support, Operations, Consulting, or related experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
• Experience working within software development, SaaS, technology, Agile, or IT environments
• Bachelor's degree
