Software Technology Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Global Operations team in Carlsbad, CA. The role involves supporting Distribution, Warehouse, and Logistics business functions and associated systems, including providing Level 2 support for various systems and participating in project initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and business users to create different deliverables such as Business Requirement Document (BRDs), Functional Requirement Document (FRDs), and System Requirement Specification Document (SRS) by conducting working sessions and workshops
- Act as a liaison between the business and the technology team to implement software upgrades, document business use cases, conduct user acceptance testing, and design future enhancements
- Design system solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT architecture standards
- Develop detailed design documents, including data models, process flows, and system interfaces
- Partner with system analysts and architects on technical design and coordinate development work with vendors as well as internal development teams
Requirements:
- 3 Yrs of Exp – Business Analyst on Manhattan WMOS (2010 & 2018)
- 3 Yrs of Exp – Oracle PL/SQL
- 2 Yrs of Exp – Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) process
- 1 Yr of Exp - Power BI
