- 5+ years of BA experience
- Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise
- Experience with P2P, OTC, Inventory, Project Accounting, WIP, or BOM modules
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering abilities
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Cursor)
- Ability to work remotely
