Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC is transforming the pharmacy industry to create healthier lives through purposeful engagement across various pharmacy services. The Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing activities for the Pharmacy Services business unit, including content creation, marketing strategy development, and collaboration with sales and product development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the marketing function within the Pharmacy Services business unit
- Ability to write copy and long form content and merge into designated templates
- Own strategy and marketing plan for assigned business unit, including defining segments and targeting
- Know the market, customers, and competitors and keep track of our differentiators
- Serve as primary contact for Pharmacy Services sales and implement needed sales enablement tools, trainings, etc
- Implement and maintain metric tracking system for Maxor’s Pharmacy Services marketing efforts
- Be comfortable with eventually managing a team of individuals, including FTEs and contractors
- Identify areas for improvement and work with necessary individuals to document and implement changes
- Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department
- Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program
- Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists
- Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies
- Performs other job-related duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; English Composition, Communications, Journalism, Business, or Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Marketing required
- Must have experience marketing/targeting Health Systems or Hospitals
- Ability to write copy and long form content and merge into designated templates

- Proven track record of successful project planning and execution, including managing several projects in parallel
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, strong decision-making abilities, and attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Owner mentality with the willingness to jump in and help with other projects
- Good attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, executing events, and meeting deadlines
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- MBA or MA in Communications a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite applications: Photoshop and Illustrator and/or InDesign is a plus
- Marketing and CRM applications: Monday, Bynder, HubSpot, and Salesforce also a plus
