Ribblr is one of the fastest-growing crafting platforms in the world, empowering millions of crafters through community, creativity, and technology. The Growth Marketing Manager will own real growth goals, focusing on creative marketing strategies, performance measurement, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Engagement and retention performance
- Community activity participation
- Sales channels (B2B and B2C)
- The marketing calendar, and channels including BAU activity, campaigns, launches etc
- Organic marketing plans
- Marketing analysis, KPI reporting, and performance improvements
- Brand, tone of voice, and the way Ribblr shows up to crafters
- Managing and supporting team members as the marketing function grows
Requirements:
- Genuinely passionate about marketing
- Be a crafter or have real experience understanding how crafters and creatives think and engage
- 5+ years in marketing roles, including building and executing organic marketing plans
- 2+ years working in small teams, startups, or fast-moving environments
- 2+ years working with B2C apps, platforms, marketplaces, communities, or eCom
- Experience working remotely
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable with GA4, Looker, KPIs, reporting, and turning data into action
- Obsessed with building and improving a strong marketing calendar
- Strong understanding of online communities and creator-led growth
- Ambitious, self-taught, resourceful, and excited by a path toward senior leadership
