Companial is a Microsoft-focused Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) distributor, empowering a growing network of channel partners across North America. They are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to build the marketing function from the ground up, driving engagement and growth across their partner network while managing digital presence and brand communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop or localize and execute marketing programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth across Companial's North American channel partner network
- Develop or localize and execute marketing programs to drive interest and generate leads to contribute to our recruitment targets for new members
- Work closely with Companial Global Marketing to represent the NA voice in the development of united marketing programs to drive pipeline growth for our priority propositions
- Create co-marketing opportunities, campaigns, and resources that help partners grow their Microsoft cloud business
- Plan, develop and localize and execute events, webinars, newsletters, and communication touchpoints throughout the year delivering our members the Information Services as part of the Membership
- Build a partner community presence; fostering connection, knowledge-sharing, and Companial brand affinity among the 300–400 partner network contributing in churn reduction among our members
- Audit, optimize, and grow Companial's digital footprint in NA; website, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other relevant channels
- Develop and execute an Agentic and Search Engine Optimization and Marketing (ASE, SEO and SEM) strategy to increase organic visibility and inbound interest from potential partners
- Own the content calendar: blog posts, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and partner-facing collateral, leveraging centrally developed assets and contribute with regional specifics
- Track, analyze, and report on digital KPIs; continuously testing and iterating to improve performance. Work in close collaboration with the central team to align and benchmark
- Serve as the steward of the Companial brand in North America, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Translate global marketing strategies and assets for the North American market context and partner audience
- Draft compelling copy for campaigns, partner communications, presentations, and thought leadership content
- Collaborate with the global Companial marketing team and align North American efforts with broader initiatives
- Define quarterly marketing priorities and KPIs; track performance against goals and report results to leadership
- Manage the North America marketing budget efficiently, maximizing ROI across programs and channels
- Stay on top of Microsoft partner ecosystem trends, competitive landscape, and channel marketing best practices
- Identify and recommend new tools, platforms, and tactics to accelerate partner growth
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or the Microsoft partner ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute marketing programs independently; you don't wait for direction
- Strong digital marketing skills: email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Microsoft D365 or similar), Microsoft Co-Pilot or other LMM's, LinkedIn, CMS/website management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you write clearly, compellingly, and on-brand
- Experience marketing to or through channel partners, resellers, or a partner/VAR ecosystem is a strong asset
- Comfortable with data: you use metrics to make decisions, not just to report them
- Required: passport and valid drivers license
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program (MCPP), CSP model, or Microsoft licensing ecosystem
- Experience working at or with an indirect CSP provider, distributor, or MSP
- Bilingual (English/French) — an asset given Canada's bilingual business environment
- Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating partner-facing materials
- Experience running small-scale events or partner summits
