As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for core positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence, utilizing AI to enhance these processes and ensure alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain core positioning and messaging foundations so every PMM, seller, and marketer is pulling from the same source of truth when they launch, sell, or campaign
- Partner closely stakeholders across the company to apply positioning and messaging consistently across launches, sales plays, and enablement so teams move faster and with more confidence
- Lead the go-to-market strategy and communications for impactful releases with Product Managers, ensuring cross-functional alignment to launch these products to market and ensure customers understand the value
- Own competitive intelligence end-to-end, using AI to monitor the market continuously and synthesize signals into insight that actually shapes positioning and wins customer conversations
- Talk to customers regularly and use AI to analyze patterns across interviews and research, so your positioning and messaging decisions are grounded in what operators actually say and feel, not internal assumptions
- Build AI-assisted workflows that handle the repetitive work, flagging competitor shifts, synthesizing win/loss data, and drafting messaging updates, so you stay focused on the decisions that actually need your judgment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging for complex or multi-product offerings
- Strong research instincts. You can take messy inputs from customers, data, and market signals and turn them into clear direction
- A history of influencing cross-functional partners through clarity and trust, not authority
- Clear, confident communication that puts the customer at the center and makes complex ideas accessible
- Comfort moving between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution without losing momentum in either direction
- You actively use AI in your work and can explain concretely how it changed your process, not just that you use it
- Experience with Mixpanel, Looker, or Thoughtspot
- Experience in the restaurant or restaurant tech industry
- Experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment
