The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs, as well as providing deal administration support to enhance technological capabilities within business products.
Responsibilities:
- Research and understand needs of the business to maximize technological capabilities within business products
- Assess business technology needs to identify and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain web interfaces and dashboard designs
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify, document and report defects, ensuring that software applications meet business requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise as internal technology support for application and linkages between technology
- Provide deal administration support and handle problem solving and troubleshooting
- Integrate software-based workflow technology into the internal and external product platforms
Requirements:
- 6+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate to advanced experience in application testing skills to be able to create test cases and for documentation
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to create pivot tables, perform XLOOKUPs, use conditional logic, compare data, and banking applications
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
