Boldspace is a brand value agency looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their Client Services team. The role involves managing diverse projects, building client relationships, and contributing creatively to brand campaigns and communications strategies.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll work across a varied portfolio of clients, from well-known brands to ambitious scale-ups, managing projects ranging from campaigns and content programmes to digital and creative productions
- You’ll act as a trusted day-to-day client contact, ensuring projects run smoothly, relationships continue to grow and opportunities are identified along the way
- Whether supporting a product launch, helping shape a brand campaign or responding to a production challenge, we’re constantly looking for smart, creative solutions for our clients
- You’ll work closely with our teams and technology platforms to support content development and communications strategy across paid, owned, earned and social channels, spanning written, visual and video content
- You’ll have opportunities to support marketing initiatives, contribute thought leadership, attend industry events and help identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships
- Alongside traditional account management responsibilities, you’ll work with innovative tools and platforms, including Boldstream, to help deliver insights, improve workflows and support smarter decision-making for clients
