iProcess Global Research is redefining access to biospecimens and laboratory services. They are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing multi-million-dollar deals while driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, pitch, and close multi-million-dollar deals across biospecimens and lab services
- Engage directly with senior decision-makers (C-suite, R&D, procurement) and drive opportunities from first contact to signature
- Expand iProcess’s client base by building a book of business that delivers recurring, high-value partnerships
- Represent iProcess at global conferences and client meetings as a trusted partner – while keeping revenue as the #1 metric
- Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that win
- Drive strategic partnerships with CROs, CDMOs, Bio and Pharma organizations to rapidly scale our platform
Requirements:
- Proven closer – 5+ years of success selling into pharma, biotech, CROs, or diagnostics
- A track record you can prove: multi-million-dollar contracts you personally closed
- Hunter DNA – you create opportunities, not wait for RFPs
- Strong industry network and the ability to monetize it quickly
- Strong technology skills and ability to use marketing and other sales tools to grow leads
- Comfort in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting where results matter more than process
- A competitive, high-energy mindset – you hate losing deals
- Bachelor's Required
