Business System Analyst

NR Consulting is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions to drive efficiency and maximize value.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design Dynamics 365 solutions
• Perform gap analysis, data mapping, and data analysis
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements
• Support testing (UAT, regression, integration) and validate system functionality
• Create reports, documentation, and system demos for stakeholders
• Analyze system issues and support decision-making

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Strong technical experience with CRM systems (hands-on configuration/integration); not purely functional experience
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills
• Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and process improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Power Platform / Power BI
• Certifications like CCBA or CBAP
