h3 Technologies, LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT services, staffing, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding their staffing and services portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services, staffing solutions, and managed services
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets
- Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and pricing models
- Acquire new clients across mid-market and enterprise segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
