Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Area Managers to achieve regional production and growth objectives
Drive accountability through performance management, territory planning, and consistent execution of sales strategies
Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent while fostering a high-performance culture
Partner with Area Managers on dealer group opportunities, market expansion efforts, and strategic relationship development
Monitor regional performance metrics and leverage data to identify opportunities, remove obstacles, and accelerate growth
Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Product, and Dealer Specialists to ensure a best-in-class dealer experience
Serve as the voice of the field by providing market intelligence, dealer feedback, and competitive insights to senior leadership

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinker who balances execution, growth, and long-term market development
Data-driven decision maker who uses metrics and insights to drive results
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across a large geographic region
7+ years of indirect auto finance, automotive, or related sales experience
3+ years of leadership experience managing field sales teams preferred
Strong understanding of dealership operations, F&I processes, and indirect lending
Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
